The curriculum in the School of Agricultural Sciences (JU- SOAGS) at Joy University was designed using a multidisciplinary approach in accordance with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research guidelines. JU-SOAGS offers 4-year programmes for BSc. (Hons.) Agriculture, BSc. (Hons.) Horticulture, and B. Tech. (Agricultural Engineering). The academic programme has been designed with a balanced semester-based course structure and curricula that promote innovation, research and exploration in consideration of the agricultural demand in our nation. The students will be exposed to Rural Work Experience, the Experiential Learning Program, and Hands-on Training during the course of the programme. With a great deal of zeal and enthusiasm to experience, reflect, conceptualise, and experiment on, this experiential learning model actively engages the learner in a concrete and meaningful experience.
