Dr. S. A. Joy Raja is a second generation Edupreneur, Entrepreneur and a Visionary as his father in the field of Education, Agriculture and Entertainment. Under his dynamic leadership and student centric approach, he founded and established Joshua Educational and Charitable Trust under which The Indian Agriculture College, Radhapuram and The Rajas International School, Kottayam were started in the year 2014 and 2016 respectively. He is also the Chairman of Rajas Group of Institutions under which The Indian Polytechnic College, Rajas Institute of Technology, The Rajas International School CBSE and British System and the Indian Matriculatte School are running successfully.

As an Alumnus of American Universities, Dr. S. A. Joy Raja continued to work in Johnson & Johnson, Toronto, Canada. Later after several years of corporate experience from US and Canada he came down to India to commit his developmental activities not only in the field of Education but Entertainment and Agriculture. The first Mall in Kanyakumari District was established in the name of “RAJAS MALL”, which serves entertainment in the name “CHAKRAVARTHY CINEMAS”. The theatre comprises of movie screens with latest technology in 4K digital video and Dolby atoms audio system making it to be the first introduced in the southern part of Tamil Nadu. The Mall also serves shopping of all premium branded products at the best price under one roof established as “RAJAS MART”.

Dr. S. A. Joy Raja also founded “RAJAS DAIRY FARM” in collaboration with Swedish company DeLaval Systems with the State of the Art machineries to provide healthiest & purest cow milk to the people of Kanyakumari District. The Farm is also associated with The Indian Agriculture College which is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore to help in growing maize and other seeds making the Holstein Friesian (HF) cows to have healthy food which inturn provides the highest quality of milk.

With almost 25+ years of experience in Education, Entertainment and Agriculture, his success mantra is “We trust in God”. He believes that with right amount of inspiration, encouragement and knowledge, ordinary people can achieve extraordinary work for the society at large. Dr. S. A. Joy Raja has mandated CSR initiatives work on providing educational skill development, health and hygiene and opportunities for enriching the lives of the under privileged and differently abled. Another focus area is to working towards environmental sustainability both through the technologies being introduced as well as the contributions and support provided by the society.
