Dr. S. A. Joy Raja

Dr. S. A. Joy Raja is a second-generation edupreneur, entrepreneur, and visionary, following his father's legacy in education, agriculture, and entertainment. With a student-centric approach, he established the Joshua Educational and Charitable Trust, under which The Indian Agriculture College, Radhapuram, and The Rajas International School, Kottayam, were founded in 2014 and 2016, respectively. He is also the Chairman of Rajas Group of Institutions, which successfully operates The Indian Polytechnic College, Rajas Institute of Technology, The Rajas International School (CBSE and British System), and The Indian Matriculation School.
As an alumnus of American universities, Dr. S. A. Joy Raja worked at Johnson & Johnson in Toronto, Canada. After several years of corporate experience in the United States and Canada, he returned to India to dedicate himself to developmental activities in education, entertainment, and agriculture. He established the first mall in Kanyakumari District, "RAJAS MALL," which features "CHAKRAVARTHY CINEMAS." This theatre complex is equipped with the latest 4K digital video and Dolby Atmos audio system, the first such installation in southern Tamil Nadu. The mall also houses "RAJAS MART," offering a diverse selection of premium branded products.
Dr. S. A. Joy Raja also founded "RAJAS DAIRY FARM" in collaboration with the Swedish company DeLaval Systems. This state-of-the-art facility provides high- quality cow's milk to the people of Kanyakumari District. The farm is associated with The Indian Agriculture College, affiliated with Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, to support the cultivation of maize and other feed crops for the Holstein Friesian (HF) cows, ensuring the highest quality milk production.
With over 25 years of experience in education, entertainment, and agriculture, his success is guided by the principle, "We trust in God." He believes that with the appropriate inspiration, encouragement, and knowledge, individuals can achieve extraordinary results for the benefit of society. Dr. S. A. Joy Raja has mandated that CSR initiatives focus on providing educational skill development, health and hygiene resources, and opportunities to enrich the lives of underprivileged and differently abled individuals. He is also committed to environmental sustainability through the adoption of advanced technologies and the support of community engagement.
