Prof Reddy received Masters in computer engineering form VTU in 2000, MS in Electronics & communication engineering from BITS, pilani in 1997 and a Bachelors degree in Electronics & communication engineering & communication Engineering form ANU in 1988, He worked as Dean, Academic affairs Dean Faculty of Engineering and Principal, University college of engineering, ANU for more than 14 years Before he serviced as Professor, Associate professor & Assistant professor in various reputed engineering colleges in AP.

Some of his notable academic achievements include guiding more then 40(Ph.D) research scholars, Publishing more than 250 research papers in reputed journals and having 12 patents , out of which one Australian and one UK patent. He is recognized as one among top 100 educators by IBC, Cambridge, England

Prof Reddy was awarded as best teacher by many agencies. ISTE awarded him as best computer teacher award in 2021. ANU awarded him as best researcher award in 2022. He is senior member of IEEE and chair of IEEE subsection, Life member of ISTE member of IACSIT, IAENG, and senior member of ASR

He has rich experience in recognition process with NAAC, NBA, and NIRF. He is a member of academic councils, governing bodies and board of studies of many educational institutions. He is also recognized NAAC assessor

Prof Reddy published 10 text books for engineering students including AI Tools, Design and analysis of algorithms, signals and systems, Automata theory etc. He published more than 20 book chapters, he has written more than 1000 articles in both national and local news papers on various issues related to higher education which made him to grab India book of records and Asia book of records. He has written more then 100 stories and 200 poems in telugu which are published in various telugu magazines. He has written more than 10 books on personality development, as he is a good motivator and speaker, He conducted more then 100 personality development programs for students both at college level and school level.
